THE FOLLOWER: Career Closet Expands Reach, Offers Fitting and Tailoring Services, Casual and Performance Wear

Published by Sarah Matzkin on April 1, 2026

DISCLAIMER: This article is part of The Leader’s satire issue, The Follower, which released on April 1, 2026.

The Russell G. Weigand Career Center for Professional Excellence (WCCPE) has all your professional clothing needs with their state-of-the-art career closet. Heading to a job interview? They have got you covered. First day at your internship? Head to the career closet.

Now, the career closet is expanding its horizons and providing even more options for students. The choices will expand beyond just professional clothing. Outfits will be readily available for any outfit dilemma students may run into.

Outfits are available for, but are not limited to, the following events: snorkeling, ice skating, sky diving, getting food thrown at you in the cafeteria, sitting on the mall when it’s 70 degrees and then suddenly starts snowing, and a change of clothes for when your parents suddenly show up on campus and you’re still in last night’s clothes that you fell asleep in after the bar.

The career closet also has professional personal stylists who can help you browse all your clothing needs. These personal stylists went through extensive interviewing to ensure students are getting the best quality outfits. The personal stylists are Victor E. Bluejay, head football coach Mike Hefferman, and Troy D. VanAken.
