The Bluejay’s Roost unveils new menu

Published by Josie Zabran on February 19, 2020

The Roost debuted their new menu offerings on February 5.

Bill Duro, the director of dining services of Chartwells, welcomed faculty, staff, and Chartwells personnel to The Roost’s ribbon cutting and tasting.

The new menu includes three new food concepts: Student Choice, BUILD Pizza by Design, and Prospect Street Subs.
The new change comes after listening to the feedback given by students.

“Our company and our program are always ongoing transitions to hear the voice of the students and what they are asking for,” said Duro.

Students will be able to vote each month for new menu additions at the Student Choice section, and the menu will rotate each month based on input.
